Accountable for all Customer Service, Safety, Compliance and Leadership aspects of our Intermodal short sea business in the UK/Ireland.

​You will provide strong operational management and leadership with effective coaching and mentoring to create a highly motivated results driven team, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will contribute towards the development of our business activities in accordance with the agreed Business Plan, leading your team to embed sustainable working practices at the heart of Suttons operations and planning activities.

​The role will fully utilise all Assets, Human Resources and Systems to provide the highest possible levels of service and quality to both internal and external customers. The role will lead by example by embodying the Company’s Core Values; effectively managing and developing Team members to ensure that customer-facing Operations staff are fully trained and capable of carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively.
