Here at Suttons International, staff progression is very important to us, and we want to ensure we offer the most modern techniques to continuously engage with and train our staff.

We’re excited to announce a significant investment in a new Learning Management System (LMS) tool which will allow us to take our current training to the next level. The bespoke system allows us to align learning needs with our business demands at the touch of a button. It will provide learners with tailored learning paths, supporting their development with easy to use online and blended training material. Additionally, it will also provide us with easy to read training analytics, helping to reduce any non—value added tasks and ensuring learners stay on track with their development.


Our teams in Operations and Human Resources along with our Marketing department have been working together closely to launch the new system in tandem with an overall fresh look for the materials on offer.

The launch of the new system will take place by the end of February 2021.
