Singapore Commercial Team Deliver High Quality Logistics To International Customer

Our Singapore office has received praise from one of their customers after the successful implementation of a bespoke tank container solution in order to overcome a plant shut down and to ensure the customers’ product deliveries continue despite a shift in feedstock source.

Due to a plant shutdown in Europe, the customer needed to source an alternative supply for a product crucial to their operation. The customer reached out to Suttons International for this project due to the shared values between our two businesses, and our reputation for high quality logistics solutions, value, and service.


Our sales team based in Singapore worked closely with the customer, including site visits to the production plant and warehousing facilities, to understand the specific needs and intricacies of this project, such as product handling requirements, safety demands, and delivery schedule. Suttons implemented a logistics solution which enabled this customer to source their product from a site in Singapore with no disruptions to their wider supply chain.


This project involved delivery of a highly sensitive product from the customers’ plant in Singapore to their facility in France. Through expert scheduling, tank management, and the flexibility of our international tank container fleet, the Singapore team successfully implemented this project with minimal downtime to the customer’s supply.
