Suttons International is committed to guaranteeing the safety and reliability of our tank container fleet, every tank undergoes rigorous in-service maintenance to ensure continuous legal compliance. Included within this are intermediate and periodic testing which occurs every 2.5 years and 5 years and are always witnessed and signed off by a third party.

Following product discharge, each tank is independently assessed, approved, and repaired to International Tank Container Organization (ITCO) standards. This process involves a comprehensive check of all valves, seals, gaskets to check for leak-proofness, frame assessment for CSC compliance, and an assessment of the pressure vessel both internally and externally.
