GRADUATE TRAINING AND PROFILE:
We are looking to appoint the highest calibre Graduate Operations
Managers who will play a key part in the ongoing development
of our business.
You will be involved in a wide range of business activities
such as operations, commercial planning, financial analysis,
legal compliance, health & safety and human resource management
giving you the opportunity to build on your academic studies
and previous work experience.
These are exceptional opportunities for the very best candidates,
who will be the future leaders of our business.
You will be expected to hit the ground running and following
an intensive induction programme you will assume immediate
responsibilities within the business.
You will have a minimum 2:1 (Hons) degree in transport, logistics,
business or related subjects and relevant work experience gained
through an industrial placement. In addition language skills
will be an advantage for graduates looking to pursue opportunities
within our International Division.
Whilst your academic achievements are important to us you
must also demonstrate a positive attitude, a sense of urgency
and a desire to succeed. You will have a strong work ethic
and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and a record
of achievement above and beyond your academic studies.
